Free placement. It's an amenity, not a purchase.

You are not buying a vending machine. You are adding a 24/7 amenity for your guests and staff, run entirely by us, at no cost to you.

What it costs your business

$0

No lease. No installation fee. No minimum purchase. No service charge. No invoice, ever.

Placement is covered by a written agreement with a defined term and exclusivity on unattended retail. We go through it with you line by line.

The idea

An amenity service, not a vending contract

The distinction matters, because it changes what you're agreeing to.

Buying a vending machine means capital, inventory, restocking labor, card processing, repairs and expired product — a small retail business bolted onto whatever you actually do for a living.

An amenity service means none of that is yours. We own the machine. We own the product inside it. We stock it, clean it, fix it and insure it. Your guests, members or staff get a modern 24/7 cooler in your building, and you get the credit for it without lifting a finger.

It sits in the same category as your ice machine, your lobby coffee or your guest laundry: something that quietly makes the place better to be in.

What your location gets

The amenity, in practical terms

Open when nothing else is

The 10pm check-in, the pre-shift energy drink, the forgotten phone charger. Your front desk gets to say yes instead of "there's a store six miles that way."

Zero staff time

No stocking, no cash drawer, no keys, no purchase orders, no reconciling anything. Nobody on your team has a new job because of this.

Insured operation

$1M / $2M general liability, with your property named as additional insured where the agreement requires it. We'll send the certificate straight to your risk team.

Zero cash on site

Fully cashless — tap, chip, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Nothing to count, nothing sitting in a lobby overnight, nothing to be responsible for.

Never empty, never broken for long

We monitor stock, temperature and machine health remotely, around the clock. An empty shelf reflects on your building, not just ours — so we restock before it happens.

Built around your people

Hotel guests, gym members, night shift, hospital staff and coastal visitors all want different things. We build the mix for yours, and change it with the seasons.

Not a summary — the actual, entire list. If something isn't here, it doesn't exist.

About that electricity line. We could leave it off this page and most hosts would never ask. We put it on because it's the one real number you'll eventually see on a bill. Our coolers draw 2.0–4.2 kWh a day depending on model — roughly $7 a month for a Mini 360 up to about $19 for a Max 620 at typical Oregon commercial rates. The Freezer 550 draws about 8.3 kWh a day, near $30.

The obvious question

So how do you make money?

Someone buys a Gatorade. We keep the margin on the Gatorade.

That's the entire business model. We're betting our own capital that your building has enough people in it, wanting enough things at inconvenient hours, to make the machine worth running. If we're wrong about that, we lose — not you.

Which is also why we'll tell you honestly if your location isn't a fit. A machine in the wrong lobby earns nothing, expires its own product, and makes both of us look bad. We'd rather say no than place one badly.

What about a share of the sales? Some high-traffic locations do earn a commission. It's worth raising if you have serious volume — but the machine is offered as an amenity first, and most of our hosts take it on that basis alone. Ask and we'll give you a straight answer for your site.

Fair enough, but

"Nothing is actually free"

Reasonable instinct. Here's where the catch would normally be, and why it isn't here.

  • "There'll be a fee later." There's no lease, no service charge, no minimum and no invoice — so there's nothing to raise. You will never receive a bill from us.
  • "We'll be locked in." There is a placement agreement with a defined term, and it asks for exclusivity on unattended retail — vending, micro-markets and self-serve kiosks. It never touches your restaurant, room service, minibar or your own staffed retail. If a machine is ever out of service more than 15 days, you can have it removed with no termination fee at all. We'll walk you through the whole agreement before you sign anything.
  • "We'll end up dealing with it." Refunds, complaints and faults come to our phone number, not your front desk. That's the point of an amenity service.
  • "It'll sit there half empty." We see stock levels in real time. An empty machine costs us money, so we have every incentive to keep it full.
  • "It'll look cheap in our lobby." These are modern glass-front coolers, not beige boxes with coin slots. The touchscreen can carry your logo. We'll show you exactly what goes in the space before anything arrives.

Still want to see it before you believe it? Take the 60-day placement. Zero cost, no obligation. Watch what your guests do with it and what your front desk stops getting asked for. If it doesn't earn its floor space, we take it back out and that's the end of it.

Let's see if your location is a fit

Tell us a little about your property. If it makes sense, Jeff comes out, looks at the space, and you have a machine within a couple of weeks. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
