Everything a vending machine should have been

Traditional machines lose sales to stuck coils, cash-only friction and empty rows. Ours don't have any of those things.

Grab-and-go, no buttons

Tap a card or phone, the door unlocks, take what you want, close it. AI vision and weight sensors charge the card automatically — about 99% accurate, in roughly 60 seconds.

Zero cost, zero effort

We buy the machine, deliver it, stock it, clean it and repair it. No lease, no invoice, no staff time. The only thing we ask of you is floor space and a 110V outlet.

Open when nothing else is

Front desk closed, kitchen shut, nearest store six miles away. A smart cooler covers the 11pm craving, the pre-shift energy drink and the forgotten phone charger.

Remote monitoring

We see stock levels, temperature and machine health in real time. Low inventory triggers a restock before your guests ever see an empty shelf.

Your product mix, your branding

We build the planogram around your people — tourist essentials, protein and energy, better-for-you options. The touchscreen can carry your logo and promotions.

Fully insured, fully our problem

$1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability through The Hartford, plus coverage on the machine itself. Refunds and complaints come to us, never your front desk.

From first call to first sale

Four steps, about two weeks

Quick conversation

Ten minutes on the phone or a walk-through in person. We look at traffic, space and what your people actually buy.

We recommend a fit

Model, placement and a proposed product mix — sized to your footprint, from a 2-foot-wide Mini 360 to a double-wide Ultra 1200.

Delivery & install

We move it in, level it, connect it to power and network, and stock it. Usually one to two weeks after the agreement is signed.

We run it. Forever.

Restocking, cleaning, repairs, refunds, price changes, seasonal swaps. You do nothing. If commission applies, you get an itemized statement monthly.

The honest version

What's the catch?

There isn't one, but here's the arrangement in plain language so nobody is guessing.

  • We make money on sales, not on you. The machine pays for itself out of what people buy. That's the whole business model.
  • Most locations take it as a free amenity. Better guest experience, 24/7 coverage, zero cost, zero effort, zero risk.
  • Busy locations can earn commission. If you're a 100+ room property or have 100+ people on site, we'll talk percentages — calculated on sales after card fees and refunds, paid within 15 days of month-end with an itemized statement.
  • Power is the only thing you pay. Roughly $6–12 a month for a cooler, $25–35 for a freezer. We'd rather tell you that up front than have you find it on a bill.
  • You can try it first. 60-day placement at zero cost. If it doesn't perform, we take it back out — no obligation, no argument.

Questions we get

Frequently asked

What does this cost our business?

Nothing. We buy, deliver, install, stock, service and insure the machine. There is no lease, no minimum purchase and no invoice. You provide the floor space and a standard 110V outlet. The full breakdown is on our vending cost page.

How does an AI smart cooler actually work?

A customer taps a card or phone at the reader, the door unlocks, they take whatever they want, and they close it. AI cameras and weight sensors identify what left the cooler — about 99% accuracy — and charge the card automatically. No selections, no coils, no cash.

We already have a vending machine.

Most traditional machines quietly lose sales to jammed spirals, cash-only payment and stale product, and every one of those failures lands on your front desk. We're happy to run a 60-day side-by-side and let the numbers decide. Here's the full comparison.

We don't have room for a vending machine.

The Mini 360 is 22.8″ wide and 26″ deep — less than a fridge-and-a-half of floor space, and a smaller footprint than most snack machines. We're flexible on placement and we'll walk your space before recommending anything.

What about our electricity bill?

A refrigerated cooler costs roughly $6–12 a month to run. The Freezer 550 is higher, around $25–35. If you're taking commission, it typically covers that several times over.

What if it breaks, or runs out?

We monitor every machine remotely, around the clock — stock, temperature, connectivity and faults. We usually know before you do, and we restock proactively. If a machine is ever down more than 15 days, you can have it removed with no penalty.

Are you insured?

Yes — a Hartford business policy with $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate general liability, plus property coverage on our machines. We can name your property as additional insured and send a certificate to your risk team on request.

What parts of Oregon do you serve?

The coast from Seaside to Newport — including Cannon Beach, Manzanita, Rockaway Beach, Tillamook, Pacific City, Neskowin, Lincoln City and Depoe Bay — and the I-5 corridor from Albany and Corvallis north through Salem, Woodburn and Wilsonville into the Portland metro. See all service areas.

Corporate has to approve this.

Understood, and common. We keep a one-page overview and current insurance certificates ready to send to whoever needs them, and we're happy to work on your timeline.
